Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing or using Chief of Staff AI ("CoS AI", "the Service"), operated by Ghosson Consulting LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CoS AI is an AI-assisted executive intelligence platform that synthesises information from connected sources (calendar, email, uploaded documents) to support business decision-making. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice. Users should consult qualified professionals for decisions in those domains.
3. Founding Member Billing
Founding Member subscriptions are offered at $99/month, locked for life for the account holder. Your card will not be charged until May 13, 2026. You may cancel at any time before May 13, 2026 at no charge and with no questions asked. After May 13, 2026, the subscription converts to a recurring monthly charge of $99/month. Founding Member pricing is non-transferable and applies to the original subscribing account only. After founding spots close, the standard price will be $299/month.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the settings page or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months except where required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or data; (c) share account access with others; (d) upload content that violates third-party rights.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
7. AI Limitations & Disclaimer
CoS AI provides AI-assisted advisory support for business decision-making. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice. Users should consult qualified professionals for decisions in those domains. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on Service output.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, design, and content comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to us. You retain ownership of all data you upload. By uploading data, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoS AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
